Karen has worked in Education for more than 27 years; she has worked in two city primary schools during this time.

She has worked as an Attendance and Admissions Manager for 15 years and is passionate about attendance and believes every child should have the opportunity to attend school to reach their full potential.

Karen is a Designated Safeguarding Lead with many years of experience. She has completed many Safeguarding courses including Warwickshire and Leicestershire college Safeguarding and Prevent course.

Karen has a vast amount of experience in Attendance, Safeguarding and School admissions.
