Natalie is an experienced school administrator having worked in education support for 19 years, working as a data administrator in a secondary school before moving to Rise nine years ago.

Within the trust she has gained experience as an Executive Business Manager and is DSBM qualified.

As Finance Manager she leads the central finance team to ensure they provide an exceptional transactional finance service, including payroll, to the academies within the trust.
