Rachel is a Marketing professional, with over 25 years’ experience working in the Financial Services sector, across Commercial and Marketing initiatives.  A Senior leader and strategic commercial thinker, who will bring fresh ideas and look at things from a different perspective, whilst bringing a wealth of knowledge and outstanding business skills.

Having volunteered for many years at local schools, where her Son's have/are attending, Rachel has been involved in leading a team of Volunteers preparing fundraising plans, tender proposals and co-ordinating all Marketing initiatives.  In addition, providing business support & leadership to Post 16 students, by taking part in the Business Enterprise days/Dragons Den sessions and mentoring students to bridge the gap and prepare them for the work environment.

Rachel is really looking forward to be able to leverage her professional experience and learnings from volunteering in her local schools, to contribute and add value to Rise.
