Sadko is the Estate Lead, supporting the day-to-day runnings of the trust’s estates.

He worked for Openhands Charity Leicester for a couple of years before joining the education sector to continue positively impacting the communities he formed a part of.

Sadko joined Rise in 2015 as Premises Officer for St Luke’s CofE Primary before becoming the Site Manager of both St Luke’s and Tugby C of E Primary Schools.

Sadko is very passionate about Health and Safety.

He is a congregant of One Church Leicester and enjoys helping the community and is also keen supporter of football.
