Graeme is currently the Operations Manager at Launde Abbey in Leicestershire.  An independent charity focused on providing a place of hospitality for all comers, with a particular focus on prayer for the Christian Community.  

He brings a range of public, private, and charity sector management and operational experience to the team.  This includes specific knowledge and insight of schools, having been a School Business Manager,  and independently a School Governor.

This background helps inform his approach to always put children first, and with children of his own attending a Rise Trust school he gets to see the day to day workings of the Trust from their perspective.
