BECKY DOLBY-MOLSON
DEPUTY DIRECTOR - SAFEGUARDING
- As part of the Education Improvement Team, Becky helps our schools think carefully about their spending choices and the difference they are making to disadvantaged pupil’s outcomes.
- Becky visits Rise schools to find out what is working well, so we can share with others.
- Becky is the Executive Headteacher over two schools in the Rise Trust – St Simon and St Jude CE Primary and Higham on the Hill CE Primary.
- She has experience of teaching and leading in a wide range of settings across Leicestershire for the last 25 years. Becky has taught in both KS1 and KS2 and has successfully led schools in crisis.

JOHN KEECH
DEPUTY DIRECTOR - INCLUSION
- John is our Deputy Director of Education who leads on Inclusion. He is responsible for driving the strategy for improved outcomes for pupils with SEND, EAL and those in receipt of Pupil Premium funding. John is also a Deputy Safeguarding lead for the trust.
- He is a trained primary teacher, whose early career saw him teach in the North West, London, Australia and Zambia.
- John spent 13 years as a SENCO, 7 of those as a Deputy Head Teacher, and 6 years deployed as a SEND Advisor for a large, national MAT. He has also worked as a school improvement advisor, specialising in Inclusion and Safeguarding.
- John has completed the National Award for SENCOs, the NPQSL, and has a Master’s degree in ‘Inclusive Education and Special Educational Needs’. He is also a recognised SLE in the area of Inclusion.

FRAN WARD
DEPUTY DIRECTOR - TEACHING & LEARNING
- Fran is Deputy Director of Teaching and Learning for the trust. She works collaboratively with schools and leaders to help ensure a high quality of education and excellent outcomes for pupils.
Fran has been teaching since 2007. She is an experienced school leader who has worked with teachers and leaders at all levels, across a wide range of settings, in order to improve outcomes. This has included successfully working with schools in crisis in order to support sustainable improvement.
As a school leader, she has driven significant and sustained improvements in Maths and English, and has led Teaching and Learning across the Trust.
Fran is a Specialist Leader of Education. She has devised and delivered bespoke, evidence-informed CPD for a wide variety of schools and settings and supports the development of teachers new to the profession through involvement with LLA’s PGCE programme.
