RACHEL BRADLEY
FINANCE ASSISTANT
- Rachel processes supplier invoices, new supplier setup, credit notes and staff expenses for the trust whilst also handling inbound email queries relating to finance.
- In the past, Rachel has worked in the fashion industry; helped plan trade shows (such as MODA), managing stock levels, forecasting digital trends and performing data analysis relating to product performance.
- Rachel is also a fully qualified Beauty Therapist.

STACEY CHETWYN
FINANCE ASSISTANT
- Stacey supports the Finance Team with the processing of purchase orders, supplier invoices and purchase ledgers
- In the past, Stacey has worked in the trade, hospitality and healthcare sectors bringing together a wealth of knowledge and more than 15 years’ experience in the finance field
- Stacey is also an experienced performing artist. She spent time working at Disneyland Paris in her younger years before becoming a dance teacher and chaperone for local shows

WILL DOLBY-MOLSON
IT TECHNICIAN
- Will works within the Rise IT Team. He supports the trust with installing, maintaining and repairing hardware and software components. He maintains computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality.
- His duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and with IT-related problems.
- Will has worked for Amazon as a progress guide dealing with high volumes of orders, ensuring that expectations were met and any problems solved.

ANNE GILBERT
FINANCE ASSISTANT
- Anne supports the Finance Team with the processing of purchase orders, supplier invoices and staff expenses.
- She has previously served in the Army as an interpreter, worked as a primary school teacher, and has 20 years of finance experience in her role as a bookkeeper for private companies and as an Administrative Assistant in one of the Trust primary schools.
- Anne has a BSc, a PGCE in Primary Education and Level 3 AAT.

BEN GOODMAN
HEAD OF ESTATES
- Ben is responsible for the day to day running and continuous improvement of the Estates teams, all buildings and Health and Safety compliance.
- In the past, Ben has worked as a police officer in central London and Birmingham, owned his own public house in Leicester and most recently held a post similar to this current role in the gaming industry in Nottingham.
- He has a wealth of experience in management and compliance.
- Ben is also a keen American football fan and also coaches the Leicester Falcons and Rugby Rhinos youth teams in his spare time.

LOUISE GRAY
PROJECT MANAGER
- Louise is the Project Manager for the Trust, covering a variety of projects and events as well as being a key contact to new schools joining Rise.
- She has a wealth of knowledge and skills in administration and has worked in primary education for over 9 years. She was also a Senior Admin Lead for three schools in the Trust.
- Louise has a background in events management in the private sector, as well as experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
- Louise has also been making novelty and celebration cakes for over 14 years.

JENNA HEGGS
TRUST ADMINISTRATOR
- Jenna is the Trust Administrator.
- She is a very experienced Administrator with skills and knowledge. gained from working in a Veterinary Hospital and a Secondary School.
- She is the first point of contact for enquiries and communications into the central team and provides valuable support to the Trust Leaders and academies within the Trust.
- Jenna has a Level 2 in Business and Administration and has worked in education for the past seven years.

EVIE JONES
MARKETING AND COMMS OFFICER
- Evie is an experienced social media coordinator with knowledge gained from over 4 years working in varied sectors.
- She obtained a degree in Fashion Management and Communications from Sheffield.
- Evie will be the point of contact for communication and promotion across the trust and the schools.

BEN MOORE
FINANCE OFFICER
- Ben processes supplier invoices for the trust, as well as ensuring all suppliers are paid on time.
- Ben has a Bachelor in Science

JAGNA PATEL
FINANCE ASSISTANT
- Jagna has worked in the Banking Sector for over five years.
- Previous to that she worked in Payments and Technology industry for over sixteen years as part of a Settlement Accounting Team.
- Jagna was responsible for accurate reconciliation and settlement of a significant number of multi-currency suspense accounts resulting from card processing transactions and settlement payments.

MICHELLE RUSSELL
HR ADVISOR
- Michelle is an experienced HR Generalist
- She has worked in HR for a large multi academy trust since 2014.
- Michelle has a HND in Business and is CIPD qualified

SAIRA SHIRAZ
HR ADMINISTRATOR
- Saira is an experienced administrator with skills and knowledge gained from working in Law and Banking
- She is the first point of contact for Recruitment and HR enquiries
- Saira has Business Administration Level 2 and is currently working towards a HR Qualification

ESTELLE SKINNER
OFFICE & ADMIN MANAGER/EXEC ASSISTANT
- Estelle is an experienced administrator with skills and knowledge gained from working in Further Education, Secondary and Primary for over 25 years.
- She is the first point of contact for enquiries and communications into the central team and provides valuable support to the Trust Leaders and academies within the Trust.
- She liaises with Directors, Members, Governors, external stakeholders and partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Estelle is CIPD qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, in addition to Administration, Business Studies and Counselling qualifications.

NATALIE STRONG
FINANCE MANAGER
- Natalie is an experienced school administrator having worked in education support for 18 years, working as a data administrator in a secondary school before moving to RISE 8 years ago.
- Within the trust she has gained experience as an Executive Business Manager and is DSBM qualified.
- As Finance Manager she leads the central finance team to ensure they provide an exceptional transactional finance service to the academies within the trust.

MARK EYDMAN
CLERK TO BOARD
- Mark is an experienced Clerk supporting several Maintained and Academy Schools in addition to the Rise Board.
- He has also served as a Governor for nearly 20 years and is currently Chair in two Church of England Maintained Schools.
- Mark has completed the National Clerks' Development Programme and has a particular interest in school strategic development.
- In addition to his governance roles, Mark is an Electrical Engineer and Quality Professional with a range of business and educational interests.
